Referral & Reward Program Terms

1. Program Overview

The Mybitstore Referral and Reward Program allows eligible customers to earn commissions and bonuses by referring new users to the platform. By participating in the Program, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

The Program rewards customers when their referred users complete qualifying transactions on the platform. Additional incentives may be offered periodically as part of special reward campaigns.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To participate as a referrer, you must be a registered Mybitstore customer, at least 18 years old, and have an account in good standing.

Referred customers must be new users who have never previously registered an account with Mybitstore. They must complete identity verification and comply with all platform terms before qualifying transactions are recognized.

3. How the Referral Process Works

Each eligible user is provided with a unique referral link. To make a valid referral, the new customer must register using that link.

A referral is considered successful once the referred user completes account verification and begins active trading. Active trading means completing at least two to three buy, sell, or trade transactions per week over a sustained period.

4. Special Reward Program

In addition to standard referral commissions, Mybitstore operates a Special Reward Program available on Mondays and Wednesdays.

Customers who execute trades exceeding a total value of USD $600 on eligible days will receive 100 bonus reward points. These points are credited to the customer’s wallet and may be redeemed or converted according to platform policies.

5. Qualifying Transactions

A qualifying transaction is any completed buy, sell, or trade order with a minimum value of USD $2.

Only successfully completed transactions are eligible. Cancelled, reversed, or fraudulent transactions do not qualify for rewards or commissions.

6. Reward Structure and Payout

Referrers earn a commission equal to 10% of the service fee generated from qualifying trades completed by their referred users.

Each referrer may earn commissions on up to twenty qualifying trades per referred user per calendar month.

Rewards are credited directly to the referrer’s Mybitstore wallet. Rewards may be transferred to external wallets or converted into cash through supported withdrawal methods such as bank transfer or mobile money, subject to applicable processing rules.

7. Program Limitations

Self-referrals are strictly prohibited. Users may not create multiple accounts to generate artificial referral rewards.

Mybitstore reserves the right to limit rewards, suspend payouts, or disqualify participants if irregular activity is detected.

8. Fraud and Abuse Policy

Any fraudulent activity, including the use of fake accounts, manipulated transactions, spam distribution of referral links, or attempts to exploit system vulnerabilities, is strictly prohibited.

Mybitstore reserves the right to investigate suspicious activity and may suspend or permanently terminate accounts found in violation of these Terms.

9. Program Modifications and Termination

Mybitstore may modify, suspend, or terminate the Referral and Reward Program at any time. Any changes become effective immediately upon publication on the official website.

10. Miscellaneous Terms

Participation in the Program is subject to all applicable laws and regulations. The Program is void where prohibited.

Participants are solely responsible for any tax obligations arising from rewards earned.

11. General Legal Terms

By participating in the Program, you agree to release and hold harmless Mybitstore from any claims arising out of participation in the Referral and Reward Program.

Mybitstore reserves the exclusive right to interpret these Terms and make final decisions regarding eligibility, rewards, and disputes.
